2.75h x 4.5w x 3.75w (Opening is 0.5w)
This one-of-a-kind bud vase is hand-formed outdoors using the natural environment as texture. It is then hollowed out using the Japanese Kurinuki (meaning “to carve out”) technique. Formed from a dark, groggy clay body, each bud vase is meticulously decorated in a dark clay slip with a slight melted sheen, wild clay dust gifted to me in Cochabamba, Bolivia, and melted volcanic ash responsibly sourced from Iceland. Inspired by the breathtaking mountain landscapes I experienced in La Paz and Cochabamba, Bolivia.
Glazed interior is water-tight for us with both live and dried flowers. Handwash only, please.
