SHIPPING POLICY

K. Allison Ceramics orders will ship via USPS or UPS ground. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges as shown during checkout. In the case of custom orders or orders requested via email or contact form, please supply your city and state with your initial inquiry so that we can calculate your expected shipping costs.

IN-STOCK ITEMS

Please allow 3-5 business days for in-stock items to be packaged and shipped out from our studio. Your patience is appreciated as I am a one-woman studio.

CUSTOM AND COMMISSIONED ITEMS

Made-to-order, custom, and commissioned items (all items not currently in stock) are handcrafted after the order is placed. Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for your items to be created. If you need a piece sooner, please contact me, and I will see what I can do.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Once shipped, most USPS or UPS orders arrive within 2-5 business days, but shipping times will vary depending on your location within the United States. West Coast deliveries may take a bit longer. You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number as well as a delivery estimate once your order ships. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently address international requests on a case-by-case basis. In many instances it is cost-prohibitive to ship internationally at this time, but if you live outside of the United States and would like to purchase a piece, please contact me to discuss shipping options. 

WHOLESALE ORDERS

Wholesale orders require approximately 6-8 weeks turnaround time. However, this largely depends on order size and contents as each piece is made by hand from scratch. Orders with large amounts of Birch and Charcoal take longest to complete. Orders heavy in Frenzy and Saturation may require less time. Once your order is received and reviewed, we will provide a more accurate delivery estimate. If you have a specific deadline, please indicate the requested date when placing your order and we will see what we can do. More information can be found in our wholesale catalog. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

K. Allison Ceramics are meant to be loved and enjoyed. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! Please remember that our pieces are individually handcrafted and unique variations should be expected between each piece.

Please contact us within 7 days of the time your item is delivered if you need to exchange a piece for an item of equal value. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and any new shipping charges incurred. Please note that K. Allison Ceramics are made in small batches and are often one-of-a-kind, so there may not be an exchange available. In that case, we will offer you a credit or refund your item, excluding all shipping charges.

RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING

Items approved for exchange must be returned in the same condition they were received and must be unused, and undamaged. Please use the original packaging and ensure that the item is packed carefully and securely so that it cannot move and break during transport. Request tracking numbers and delivery confirmation for your package to ensure that it does not get lost.

***Customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred during purchases, exchanges, or returns. These charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY

K. Allison Ceramics packages items with great care, and damages during shipping are quite rare. If the unfortunate happens to you and your purchase arrives damaged, please email kallisonceramics@gmail.com with photos of the damaged piece(s) within 72 hours. We will gladly send a replacement if one is available. Otherwise a refund will be granted minus shipping charges. Please inspect packages carefully as we cannot replaced damaged items after 72 hours.
